4 Week Strength Training

Stimulate muscle growth with this 4 week strength training program. This program utilizes dumbbells and bodyweight exercises and hits all muscle groups.

This program is designed to stimulate muscle growth and to increase strength.

You should be using an amount of weight that makes it challenging to complete each set. Don't overdo it but keep it at a challenging level. We are all different so use whatever feels best for your level of fitness.

You should rest about 1 minute between sets and about 2 minutes between exercises.
