The sitting stretch is one of the easiest and most effective stretches you can do. It is a great way to stretch the hamstrings of each leg at the same time. With this exercise, you just put both legs out straight and reach for the toes. You should try to grab the toes and gently pull down without causing pain. If you can’t grab your toes, just reach as far as you can and hold. You may also find it more comfortable to grab the bottom of your legs and hold.
