Bicycles are a great all around exercise for the abdominals and obliques. The starting position for this exercise is on your back with your legs slightly bent and 6 inches off the ground. Your head should also be raised off the ground with both hands placed behind it. The exercise is done by bringing your right elbow to your left knee and then your left elbow to your right knee. Do this in an alternating motion, moving your legs as if you’re riding a bicycle.
