Workout routines don’t have to be boring and time consuming. The best workouts are those that you can have fun with. If you are not having fun with your workout, you probably won’t be doing it very long.
If you enjoy running, then you should run and do it in a way that makes you want to keep on running. If you don’t like running, then you should find another endurance activity to pursue. Of course, if you will be entering the Marine Corps or other military branch, you need to find a way to enjoy running now before you get overwhelmed with it later.
Many people will argue over what exercise or workout program will give the best results. I recommend doing what you like to do. The best workout program is the one that you will do. The best exercise you can do is the one that you will stick with because you enjoy doing it. There are an unlimited number of ways to exercise your body, find something that you love to do and stick with it.
