The program is working great, as a 50 year old retired Marine I feel a lot better and I am gaining more flexability and energy. I have one question, should I progress to the next weeks calendar schedules that your system as set up for me, even though I was not able to complete the required number of reps for exercises in the prior week, or should I stay on week 1 until I can do everything required in week 1 (for example)
Thanks, again.

I had this same problem for some of the exercises, while others didn’t seem hard enough. I’ve been adjusting my workout plan to comensate. If I can’t do the required reps, I do my best and add an extra day of it in the week. I use the calendar as a guide and to make sure I don’t fall below the requirements. From what I’ve heard, you can do an exercise every other day for quickest gain. I’ve been doing that with my upper body workouts since it’s my weakest area and it’s been working great. I’ve also been increasing the runs to every other day because I suck at it and I read that you have to do it at least 3x per week to get better. I’m not a certified fitness expert though.
