Hi, my name is Dan Collins and I am a proud former Marine and a certified fitness trainer. I have built Marine Corps Fitness as a way for people of all walks of life to learn how to get in shape using Marine Corps principles, exercises & workout programs.
Fitness has been a major part of my life since I was in my early teens. I have continued to reach my fitness goals throughout my life through hard work and dedication and I enjoy helping others do the same.
The Marine Corps provides a solid fitness training regimen that will challenge even the most experienced athletes. None of the exercises are complicated but are extremely effective. I challenge you to join me in living a more healthy lifestyle. No matter what fitness level you are currently at, there is always room for growth.
Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels and can be suited to each individuals needs by simply increasing intensity, weight or time. We try to stay away from the gym crowd and utilize training methods that can be performed no matter where you are with limited equipment. We believe in full body fitness so cardio is a major part of our training programs.
